I'm not gonna lie, I am a die-hard fan of Lindsay Lohan. Despite all her troubles in rehab, confessing to TV's Extra of being a hoarder (she has boxes and boxes of clothes and shoes) and a recent firing from her latest film, I still adore LiLo and it's not because she's easy on the eyes. (Although that does hurt a either.) This girl is so friggin' talented that it hurts fans like me to see her throw it all away. I mean, did anyone see The Parent Trap? Call me crazy, but Lohan was brilliant in that film. Sure she played two sisters, each with respective American and British accents. Yet when both characters make the classic switch and impersonate each other, rather than approach it the same way, LiLo played each character like an American attempting a British accent and a Brit attempting to sound like she's from California. Few adult actors today would create such nuances within their per! formance and she was only eleven years old at the time. Lohan not only made crap like Georgia Rule bearable, but I even enjoyed her trashy murder mystery I Know Who Killed Me (where she played twins yet again) for what it was, but that's another story.Fresh from getting booted from the upcoming flick, The Other Side, Lohan has rebounded to an even juicier role in the world of porn. Not a real porno guys (although if she keeps her wild ways up who knows), but a starring role as famous porn figure Linda Lovelace in Matthew Wilder's indie Inferno.According to Lohan's photographer pal Tyler Shields: ...the actress has indeed landed the gig. Shields says he's talked to the movie's director, Matthew Wilder, about Lohan's role..."[Wilder] contacted me and asked me if I would do the promos for the movie," Shields told us Saturday night at the opening of "Collisions," his new exhibition at Gallery 1018 in downtown L.A.Wilder and his producers plan to officially announce Inferno late! r this month at the Cannes Film Festival... She died in 2002 at the age of 53 from injuries she suffered in a car accident.Read more HERE.I don't know much about Wilder, but it would be interesting to see what “promos” Shields has in mind for the film and for Lohan, especially since she appears in his latest book, The Dirty Side of Glamor, brandishing a gun and covered in blood.
