Dell Toro of takes âTrollhunters â

It feels like director Guillermo del Toro is attached to a billion projects nowadays. Well he is one of the hottest directors in the town, so he's been rumored to direct every other project he's been attached to throughout this year. Now del Toro is said to be writing and directing a new project called "Trollhunters" for DreamWorks Animation.Del Toro is planning to have the script for "Trollhunters" done by the time he begins shooting "At the Mountains of Madness". He's also attached as executive producer on "Puss in Boots" as well as "Kung Fu Panda 2" for the animation company. After a summer's worth of trips back and forth to DWA, they must have definitely dazzled the creative director enough to keep him onboard for awhile.At the moment he's in the middle of pre-production on "At the Mountains of Madness" and developing "The Haunted Mansion" for Disney. Here's a bit more information on w! hat "Trollhunters" will be about."I wanted very much to develop a story that could be written for kids but dealt with a genre that was scary," he said. "It essentially combines fairy tales with modern times and is about how difficult it is to be kid. Normally, kids are idealized in animated films.
