Viggo Mortensen leans starting from âthe white snow âand SHIFT approximately âSuperman â

After months of negotiations, it looks like Viggo Mortensen won't be skipping in the woods alongside the fairest one of them all in "Snow White and the Huntsman." Today it was announced that he will no longer be pursuing the lead role for the Universal Pictures production.Know what that means? It means that now he's once again a front runner to take on a villain role in Zack Snyder's new "Superman" film. Who will he be? Well word says that the role is General Zod, but since Snyder is being especially tight-lipped about the whole project we won't know until Mortensen has signed on the dotted line.Mortensen was originally being eyed for a villain role in "Man of Steel" but nothing was ever set in stone due to his previous attachments to "Snow White and the Huntsman." Now that he's off ship on that project, its a question of who they'll hire to fill up the slot. The project currently has!
