Message off Twitter: Roofridge view off Dennis Quaid into `the Footloose

Director Craig Brewer is trying to tease his Twitter followers of personal photos from the “Footloose” remake.

He wrote on Twitter, “This will be my 3rd movie editing with Lady Bandit. She thinks Dennis Quaid is the cat’s meow.”

The film is a remake of the 1984 film starring Kevin Bacon and Lori Singer. The story is about a city boy who moved into a town that banned rock music and dancing.

The movie stars Kenny Wormald, Julianne Hough and Dennis Quaid. The film is scheduled to be in theaters on October 14, 2011.

Sorry, the cat is more interesting than Dennis Quaid in the photo. It’s a really slow news day for a Saturday.
