What is what it is? A bottom OF interactive PAGE OF video game for the more knight and the day?

20th Century Fox, in conjunction with video game nerds everywhere, have apprently been to E3 and decided to mix video games with their trailers. Knight and Day is, I believe, the first movie trailer that you can play for points. It's rather simple and rather cheesy, but at least it's interactive, right peeps? Here's more from Fox:

20TH CENTURY FOX LAUNCHES FIRST-EVER INTERACTIVE GAME ENABLED MOVIE TRAILER FOR KNIGHT AND DAY

JOIN THE FILM’S ACTION IN UNIQIUE SHOOTING /FIGHTING GAME AT www.knightanddaymovie.com/game

LOS ANGELES…. Twentieth Century Fox’s upcoming motion picture event KNIGHT AND DAY today launched the first-ever game enabled movie trailer. The unique shooting/fighting experience allows audiences to play along with Tom Cruise’s Roy Miller character in the film’s theatrical trailer. Players gain points as they help Roy make narrow escapes and battle a seemingly endless stream of attackers. The faster and more accurately a player completes a task, the higher their score will be. The player’s “game health” is tracked, and if their skills aren’t up to the task, the screen darkens and ultimately cracks. Players’ final scores can be shared with other intrepid “agents” via top social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter.

The KNIGHT AND DAY Interactive Game Enabled Movie Trailer will be live on IGN.com’s homepage as part of their E3 video game convention coverage beginning June 18th.

In KNIGHT AND DAY, in theaters everywhere June 23rd, Tom Cruise is a covert agent and Cameron Diaz is a woman caught between him and those he claims set him up. As their globetrotting adventure erupts into a maze of double-crosses, close escapes, false identities, and head-spinning romantic snafus, they come to realize that all they can count on is each other.
