This is an image that will certainly get fans for Peter Jackson's "The Hobbit" excited. How could it not? After all, it is the first official cast photo for the two-part prequel. You have Martin Freeman (right corner) standing tall along with the actors who will be playing the band of dwarves. Pretty cool, no?"The Hobbit" centers on Bilbo Baggins (Freeman) who journeys to the Lonely Mountain accompanied by a group of dwarves to reclaim a treasure taken from them by the dragon Smaug. Principal photography begins on March 21st, so it's great to know that this is the first of many "Hobbit" pictures to come. Hopefully the next time we'll see Freeman he'll be in full-on Middle Earth attire.
