Jeff Bridges attached the casting `the seventh clay/clay/tone

Another exorcism film?

JustJared is reporting actor Jeff Bridges has signed on for “The Seventh Son.”

Bridges will be playing an exorcist in the film.

Warner Brothers and Legendary Picthers also made offers to Alex Pettyfer and Jennifer Lawrence.

The storyline is set in the 1700s with Tom Ward (Pettyfer) training to be an exorcist. Ward has the ability to see and hear ghosts and can smell the presence of death.

The project was formerly titled, “The Spook’s Apprentice.” It is based on Joseph Delaney’s young adult series called, “The Last Apprentice.”
